Paul started in the pharmaceutical industry in 1992. He joined Consilient Health in 2017 and Heads the Business Development team. Paul is responsible for driving all new product and portfolio development strategies and initiatives for licensing, development and partnering deals, in order to capture new opportunities for the business.

Prior to this, Paul spent over 7 years heading the supply chain at APS Berk, (now Teva), and then Ranbaxy in Ireland.  Returning to the UK he held various roles at Sandoz for over 13 years including heading procurement, launch management, portfolio and business development.  Over the last 3 years, Paul ran his own company supplying a range of services to a number of private and multi-national companies.

Paul has an MSc from University of Glamorgan.
