Management Update

Company Annoucement 

We announce that, sadly, after almost 18 years with Consilient Health, its co-founder, Ahmed Al-Derzi has decided to leave the business to pursue new opportunities outside the Group. We are immensely grateful to Ahmed for his leadership and commitment to building the business into the international specialty pharma company that it is today.

We are confident that he will remain an ardent supporter of the Group in his continued capacity as a significant shareholder.

Luke Crosbie, our Executive vice Chairman, is assuming all of Ahmed’s previous responsibilities going forward.
