Sandra manages relationships with key alliance partners for Consilient Health Franchise portfolios, ensuring that synergies are created which enable the achievement of long-term business goals for both Consilient Health and partner organisations. She is responsible for all aspects of the alliance management lifecycle, from late-stage deal activity, through integration/alliance launch, ongoing management, and exit.

She is an effective communicator in three languages (English, German & Croatian), and has 15 years’ international work experience in Alliance Management and Marketing within the Pharmaceutical Industry. She is familiar with therapeutic areas such as Neurology, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Dermatology, Women’s health, Diabetes and Diagnostics, and has experience in commercializing innovative biopharmaceuticals for rare diseases driven by genetic causes.

Sandra has a deep understanding of drug development, commercialisation, and operational processes, a strong Business Background (BA and exec. MBA) and is able to both influence key stakeholders as well as drive for decisions and outcomes when necessary.
